Booking: All services must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable.

4. Use of Content
Licensing: Upon full payment, Kristine Kohl Photography grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered content for its intended purpose.

Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the content without prior written consent from Kristine Kohl Photography.

5. Client Responsibilities
Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with Kristine Kohl Photography to ensure the successful completion of the services.

Property Access: You must ensure that Kristine Kohl Photography has the necessary access to the property for the scheduled service.

6. Liability
Limitations: Kristine Kohl Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

Force Majeure: Kristine Kohl Photography is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.

7. Intellectual Property
All content created by Kristine Kohl Photography remains the intellectual property of Kristine Kohl Photography. You are granted a limited license to use the content as specified in these terms.

8. Amendments
Kristine Kohl Photography reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Benton County, Washington.
